REFUND POLICY

At Gloriace Cosmetics, ensuring the satisfaction of our customers is our top priority. We meticulously package and ship your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Returns are only accepted for beauty products in the case of Manufacturing Defects or Damage during transportation.

If you receive an order that is incorrect or damaged, please notify us via email within 24 hours of delivery at Info@Gloriace.in. Attach a picture of the damaged product or provide details of the issue along with the Order ID. Our representative will review your email, contact you, and if the claim is valid, we will promptly replace the items.

If we require the return of the damaged or incorrect item, please ensure all items are accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and are in unused condition with packaging intact. The products will be picked up within 3-5 business days of processing the request. Once the original order is picked up, the new or replacement products will be shipped to your address within 4-5 days.
