At Gloriace, we take great care to deliver high-quality skincare products that meet your expectations. However, due to the personal nature of our items, we have specific guidelines for returns, replacements, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened or used.

  • Items purchased during sale or promotional offers.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

How to Request a Return

If your product meets the above criteria, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@gloriace.in within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photo/video proof of the damaged or wrong item.

  3. Once verified, our support team will guide you through the return or replacement process.

Please do not send any product back without prior confirmation from our team.

Replacement Policy

  • If the product is eligible for replacement, we will ship a new product within 5–7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • If the requested replacement product is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed in the following cases:

  • The returned item is verified as damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The replacement product is unavailable.

  • The order was canceled before dispatch.

Refund timeline:

  • Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card/Wallet).

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened skincare or haircare products (serums, shampoos, scrubs, face wash).

  • Free gifts or promotional items.

  • Customized or bundled orders.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

  • Refunds for canceled prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Damaged Product on Arrival

If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and contact us immediately at info@gloriace.in.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
