- Opened or Used Products
- Products with Broken Safety Seals
- Products Purchased During Special Sales (unless damaged)
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A leaking product
- An incorrect product
- A missing item
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, provide:

- Clear photos of the package
- Product images
- Unboxing video showing the issue
Claims submitted without sufficient proof may not be approved.
