We currently ship across most serviceable locations in India through trusted courier partners.

If your location is not serviceable, our support team will contact you regarding your order.


Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 Business Days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.

If the delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Customer Unavailability
  • Refusal to Accept Delivery

the package may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch requests.

GLORIACE shall not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Damaged Package

  • Record an unboxing video showing the package condition.
  • Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report shipping damage within the specified timeframe may affect claim eligibility.

Currently, GLORIACE ships only within India. International shipping services are not available at this time.
